- Waxing is not available for those using Roaccutane or Accutane. It is advisable to refrain from waxing for three months after completing the course of medication.
We will be happy to advise you on the benefits of a series of treatments and will assist you in the planning of a personal programme, to suit your individual needs. Courses will expire 6 months from purchase date. Please note that they are non-refundable, non-transferable.

Please arrive in good time for your appointment. The first time you visit Lisa Harris Skin Science, you will be required to have a consultation. Please allow approx. 15 mins – 30 mins for this. No Pets or Babies & Children are allowed in the salon at any time due to liability.
Cancellations or changes to appointments must be advised 24 hours in advance or a late fee will occur.

Lisa Harris Skin Science cannot guarantee the efficacy and response of any treatment as each individual responds differently to treatments. Many of our treatments require accumulative treatments to achieve desired results and maintenance sessions for long term benefits.
We always try to give the best possible service to our clients, however there may be times where you feel this has not happened and you are entitled to log a complaint. All complaints should be sent via email to: email@example.com. The member of staff who received your complaint will pass the details to the Manager and you will receive a response within 48 hours to notify you that an investigation of the matter is under way. During the course of the investigation we may require you to come in for a meeting to discuss further and find a resolution. Alternatively you will receive an official response to your complaint within 7 working days from the Manger after reviewing your case.
